首先我要去超市购买食材。
今天我打算做猪肉香菇馅的饺子。

为大家介绍一下所需要的食材:猪肉,香菇,鸡蛋,盐,生抽。
用绞肉机把肉搅碎。饺子的馅料有很多品种,除了猪肉香菇,还有韭菜鸡蛋,鱼肉,萝卜等等。我认为只要自己愿意,想要什么馅都可以。
香菇剁碎。
把肉和香菇混合,放调味料,混合拌匀就完成馅料啦。
我们要开始包饺子咯。
饺子包好了,我们煮几个尝一下,嘿嘿。
我们会一次性包很多饺子存放在冰箱,如果早餐想吃,就每次煮几个。actually,超市有速冻饺子,不过味道没有自己包的好吃,我们宁愿多花点时间自己动手做。

We will pack a lot of dumplings at once and store them in the fridge, if you want to eat them for breakfast, cook a few at a time. actually, there are frozen dumplings in the supermarket, but they don’t taste as good as the ones we pack, so we prefer to spend more time making them ourselves.
